Nutritional Ketosis: What foods have I been eating for the last 4 weeks?
There have been 5 foods that I have been eating a-lot of since moving over to a state of nutritional ketosis, those foods are:
One of the biggest defects with my current diet is that I have put my protein on “auto pilot” for the most part, causing me to average higher than I would like with my protein. I am targeting 70% fat, 15% protein, 5% carbs, in practice I have been doing something like 50% fat, 45% protein, 5% carbs.
I need to work on getting more fat in my diet, BUT the above foods have helped me make this diet easy to maintain. I am working to incorporate ghee and coconut oil into my diet to get more of my fats on autopilot.
