How to [actually] Get Free Stuff Online
Part of my morning ritual is to check on what I like to call “Beer Money” websites in all actuality these websites are not exactly the same as some of the beer money websites that people traditionally associate with accumulating points to earn gift-cards (like swagbucks).
These sites are:
- Amazon.com – The trick to getting things for free on Amazon.com is to regularly review products and have a complete public profile (with contact information). As you review more products, and as you are ranked has more helpful on the website, the more opportunities you will have to connect with vendors on amazon.com who will hook you up with free samples in exchange for an honest review on their site.
As you advance up the ranks on Amazon.com’s review system you will increase your liklihood to be invited into the Vine Voice program which means amazon will send you product to review on their site, in exchange for your honest review.
- BzzAgent.com – BuzzAgent is the most legit and well constructed and organized website I have found in the category of of “Word of Mouth” marketing websites. The trick to getting more free stuff from BzzAgent is to remain engaged on the website and to complete the Bzz tasks that are assigned with each of the bzz kits you receive.
BzzAgent awards MyPoints points in exchange for completing their surveys, In 3 years of using BzzAgent off and on I have never been able to accumulate enough MyPoints points to purchase a gift card through the MyPoints platform. I am hesitant to use any of the features on the MyPoints website (like using the website to purchase giftcards with actual USD currency) as the website feels sketchy to me.
- PinchMe.com – PinchMe is a well constructed website and feels more legit than other “Word of Mouth” marketing websites, but has some less legit feeling facets to it which are often termed “partner offers”.
PinchMe has sample drop days where you can sign up to have them send out sample offers that you sign up for (the samples that are available to you are tailored based on a set of surveys you take).
I’ve enabled the comments section on this post, feel free to let me know about the places you use to get things for free.
